The main function of the metal shredder is to scrape large pieces of scrap metal and inconveniently transported scrap metal materials through the shearing phase and extrusion of the metal shredder into shredded materials. The metal shredder fully utilizes the theory of shearing and extrusion and slowly completes into a complete set of equipment, which is convenient for users to better produce and save labor costs

Double shaft shredder machine also called coarse crusher. All kinds of scrap metal materials are fed through the hopper, rotating blades are used to cut, tear, crushing the scrap in the chamber, and give the desired output.

Suitable Material :
  • Heavy Melting Scrap (HMS): heavy waste metals: 6mm<Thickness≤10mm, Waste steel plate, 5mm-25mm reinforcing steel bar (Rebar).
  • Light Melting Scrap (LMS): Light waste metals: 1mm<Thickness≤6mm, scrap metals, waste gas tank, LPG gas containers, scrap bike, scrap car shells, motor shells, scrap metal, oil Iron tank, large blue barrels, beverage cans, tin cans, scrap aluminum windows, waste aluminum alloy.
Shape and final product size :

Shredding entire waste metal materials into Block, Chip, Pieces with different small size, 5-30cm can be customized according to client’s request.

Blade characteristics :
  • The internal gear of the planetary reducer adopts 20CrMnTi carburizing and quenching and has the characteristics of small volume, lightweight, high bearing capacity, long service life, stable operation, low noise, large output torque, large speed ratio, high efficiency, and safety performance.
  • It has the characteristics of power splitting and multi-tooth meshing.
  • The bade material is made of special alloy tool steel forging banks, precision machining, multiple heat treatments and low temperature freezing heat treatment technology.
  • The overall toughness of hardness the blade can be used repeatedly.
